Mentors - People who pour into you. Those who are already at your finish line of where you want to be.
Models - Preferably those who have already finished their race. You want to have a complete example of how someone started and ended.
Partners - People who add value from a business perspective.
Friends - People you can trust to decompress and hold you accountable.
