Why Health & Fitness Matters

You can't fulfill your God-given mission if your body is broken. The Health & Fitness pillar treats physical wellness as a spiritual discipline — not vanity. From gross motor development in toddlers through nutrition science and mental health awareness in high school, this pillar ensures students can sustain a lifetime of service.


At Full Life Institute, the Health & Fitness pillar isn't a standalone course or an afterthought. It's woven into every lesson, every subject, and every grade level from 18 months through Grade 12 — because building future leaders requires building the whole person.

FLI offers 5 dedicated Nutrition & Wellness elective courses for Grades 6–12 covering nutrition science, fitness programming, mental health awareness, sleep hygiene, and first aid/safety.


Every FLI unit includes explicit health & fitness connections, ensuring students don't just learn about this pillar in isolation — they experience it as a natural, essential part of their daily education.
